OK, all you sushi lovers of the WDWorld! Please tell me where I can get the best sushi and what to order during my upcoming trip.

I love spicy rolls.:thumbsup2

We love Kimonos (at the Swan)! They will make your sushi to order, and their tempura and potstickers are really good too! And, they have karaoke at every night! :)

I'd have to second Kimonos!

very fresh, and I've had great service both times.

I did notice that the Poly had a sushi bar as a trial, don't know if it is still there.

We enjoy the sushi at Wolfgang Pucks Cafe. They have a daily special roll, which we have always enjoyed.

California Grill has great sushi too..

Saddly, I don't think we will be going to Kimonos because it is not on the dining plan.:sad2:

I gotta say:
I am from Seattle, and we get GREAT SUSHI. We have a large Japanese population here, and the freshest seafood you could hope for. And yet, I never developed a taste for sushi...until I went to Teppenyaki (now Teppen Edo, in Japan, Epcot). I got my usual steak and shrimp I enjoy, and hubby got a California Roll as a side to his dish. He offered me some, as he always does, and I tried it...and LOVED IT.

It kicked off a love for sushi that has carried me through the 4 years since then. I have since tried many places around Seattle, and I still wistfully recall that roll at Teppenyaki. Last trip they were closed for the Teppen Edo makeover, but we have ressies for our trip this October to go back!

Hubby had some sushi at Cali Grill that same trip, and he didn't find it to be all that great. But I always hear great reviews there, and would definitely give it a try now that I have developed a palate for great sushi!

I've always enjoyed California Grills sushi, and the special at Wolfgang Puck (it was a spicy tuna roll the day I was there) was really good too.

Has anyone tried Tokyo Dining? DH and I are eating there in October and we love sashimi and nigiri.

We ate at Tokyo Dining in June and enjoyed it very much, also had a sushi sampler, our first venture with sushi and really liked it.
