We are looking to rent a stroller for our 4 year old for our December trip. Last time we went to WDW we brought our own stroller and it took up so much room in the van we decided to rent this time around. Has anyone had any experience with renting strollers and if so what company has been the best?

I rented from kingdom and had a great experience so we are using them again this time

I've only rented a stroller once, but we had a great experience with Kingdom Strollers (got a City Elite) and if I can convince hubby to go again while we still need a stroller we'll rent from them again!

I have rented from Magic Strollers 3 times and have been very happy each time, with the stroller and the service. They are Disney approved so they can drop off at Bell Services the day you request and you can leave it at Bell Services the day you leave. Great stroller, great service.

We used Orlando Strollers this past August and it was very easy and convenient. They forgot to include the rain cover so I called and they got one to me later that day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

How far in advance do you think you need to reserve for either company?

I'm sure you don't need to reserve too far ahead unless you're going at a crazy busy time... I'm a ridiculous planner and reserved mine in August for feb through magic stroller. They don't charge until they deliver

We did well with Apple in January. They were originally just mobility and expanded to include city minis.

We've used Orlando Stroller and had a great experience. They helped us pick which stroller would work best for my son's needs.

Then this year, after I booked and pre-paid we found the perfect permanent stroller that will work at WDW. They took care of the cancellation, no questions asked, and the refund was in my account in a very timely fashion.

We were very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

I ordered in early August for a late August trip, no problems. They could theoretically run out depending on demand so I don't think I'd wait quite that long next time.

Thank you! I think i will probably reserve after the first of the year for a May trip. I guess when you need to book dining reservations 180 days out you can forget other companies and places don't need that much notice :)!
