We have loved the Fort for years, having stayed in the cabins 4 times in 7 years. But, our 5th child turned 3 and it was time to try something new.

We rented with Moore Camping and what a great time. We were in the 1400s the past week. 7 nights at the ft feels like just a start!

So happy to have learned so much from this board over the years!

The comfort stations, quiet, golf carts, boats, walk ways, space and so many more things made things perfect

We are already talking about when to go back. We will rent a trailer again for sure,(and Moore camping was great and simple for the suburban mom) and, we honestly started talking about someday maybe buying a RV.

Besides to short a trip ;), only the rain ever bummer us out, and I realized I will pack a drying rack next time :)

Glad to hear you had a great trip renting. Do you mind me asking which trailer you rented? Golf cart?

I'm hoping that we have a very similar experience. We'll be heading down for our first trip in early January and are renting an RV from Greenberg RV. They've been super easy to deal with thus far and have been very helpful.

We're a large family, so I'm curious to see how well we handle an RV. But we've been tent camping in the past, so I figure that we should be able to handle this.
