Best spot to view the various parades?

I looked to see if this was in the FAQ's and I didn't see it, but I'm sure it's been asked a zillion times...

For the parade at DL Where is your favorite place to sit? I would prefer somewhere with a ledge, curb or something like that to sit down. I know the parade stops at various spots, are the different stops themed? (like Block party bash at WDW ~ toy story and monsters inc have their own floats) I don't mine waiting a long time, I prefer to have a front row seat and will put in the time for it.

What about the parades at DCA? Best spots? Does each parade have a different spot that is better? Again, I would prefer a spot to sit down (curb, ledge, etc)

It really depends on the parade. I don't think there is anything that really needs seeing with the current one because most of the parade is the same regardless of the section of it.

Parades they have had in the past, had very floats that were very specific to certain movies, and each had something really neat about them so it was merely a timing where the stops were so you could save a spot in that particular location.

With this particular parade, as posted above I think is a matter of being in a spot where you can view a bigger chunk of the parade at once. Any spot that is in a bend of the roadway I think would be a good location. The very beginning of the parade is always great as well.
