with Free Dining in my future, I was wondering which snacks are the best bang for my buck, or Disney's buck, lol

I have heard about the Butterfinger Cupcake, Carrot Cake Cookie and Main St. Cinnamon Bun. Any other hidden gems?

As much as I would like to sit here and list out all the things that sound good to me, I'd rather leave you with a great snack list for all the parks and let you decide for yourself. :goodvibes

Okay, so go back to the Disney Restaurants link at the top of the page, and then towards the top of that page there's a link for Disney Dining Plan, once your in there also towards the top of that page there will be a 2010 approved snacks for the dining plan. This will list all of the foods and drinks your allowed on the dining plan for snacks credits, I might add there are a few to look at for Main St. Bakery that will be considered snacks that you don't want to miss.

As for my most favorite....Hmmm, I would have to say the funnel cakes with strawberries and whipped cream. :lovestruc Major pixie dust!! You'll find these at Sleepy Hollow, just left of the Castle as your entering into Liberty Square, just over the bridge and to the right. My favorite time to get one is just before Sleepy Hollow closes, then sit and watch the Castle change colors as everyone is walking down Main St. to leave the park. :cloud9: S....I....G....H.

As for my next favorite I would have to say it would be one of the beautiful desserts at Sunshine Season's in Epcot's Living With the Land pavilion. Also probably one of two best places to eat CS in Epcot.

There's quite a difference between best "value" and "coolest" snacks but our best value was actually at Pop Century's food court where we got a box of doughnuts for ONE snack credit! It was great because we're not big breakfast eaters so it made a meal for us!

You can no longer get a box of doughnuts for a snack credit. Snack credits are now single serve items.

I don't know what these cost, but I love the cinnamon rolls at Main Street Bakery, the Dole whip floats at Aloha Isle, and the strawberry shortcake at Sunshine Seasons.

Frozen raspberry lemonade at the Enchanted Grove in
MK...was awesome during the May heatwave. I so wouldn't have ever paid over 4 bucks out of pocket for that thing, but as a snack credit? amazing!!!

Now I'm craving one! I've got 366 days til my next trip...boo

Hey I don't know how many of you live near a Green Leaf yogurt shop, but one just opened up near me. The mango yogurt tasted a LOT like the Dole Whip. Might get your fix that way in the meantime! pirate:

We always get the smoothies in MK near Space Mountain at Auntie's -- yum yum yum!

Lots of good eats at the pastry shop in the France pavilion in EPCOT. Haven't tried this yet but Starring Rolls in DHS looks like it has some good choices.

I'm not a big get the best bang for your buck person. To me its what I like, what I will enjoy, and what will taste yummy. My fav thing is the ice cream sandwhich from Main Street bakery. It actually is a good deal though since its so large you can split it between 2 people if you chose. I on the other hand threaten to stab my family with a spoon if they attempt to touch it.
