Do you want a CS snack or a Snack from a cart? In my opinion the best CS in Disney is the Tusker House. Here's what's on the menu http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_tus.htm
Not interested in a meal as we are doing the character breakfast that day ad will eat dinner after the park closes. She was trying to find a afternoon snack to spend her snack credit on.
Across from Tusker House (next to the bathrooms) there is an stand that has ice cream, ice cream floats, sundaes and fruit smoothies. I had the fruit smoothie and it was yummy.
the Dino Bites place is good and has lots of different sorts of ice cream, the fresh-baked ice cream sandwiches sound delicious (although I've never had one) http://allears.net/menu/men_db.htm
Chocolate covered frozen bananas from the ice cream carts would get our vote as best snack at AK. We also like the frozen lemonade (but not the Minute Maid kind) from the cart near Kali where they also sell pretzels. It's a soft and fresh lemonade not like the hard kind in the pre packaged containers, if that makes sense.

The frozen chocolate covered bananas are sold by many of the cart vendors at each of the theme parks. We tried forever to find one at the Magic Kingdom and ony found one cart that sold them. The next day, we found them everywhere at MGM Studios. The frozen slushy lemonades at Asia in the Animal Kingdom are good. They also came with a Mickey mouse straw which we kept as souveniers.
