Best smoking location at Dolphin

Can anyone tell me a good location for the 9th floor (smoking) to see Illuminations? Currently have requested room 9025. Will this be okay?

This picture is a zoomed in shot from our room #6025 and we could see Illuminations perfectly!

I would imagine that it's even better a few floors higher!
