Best single item you'e eaten

Wow, I would have to say either the Butternut Squash Ravioli at California Grill or the Almond Crusted Cheesecake at Narcosses. Both were outstanding and I still think about them!:cloud9:

It's a tie between the kobe beef at V&A and the chantarelle soup at Jiko.

I was surprised that I liked the school bread. I had read about it on the boards but it didn't sound like my kind of dessert. Lo and behold they served some at the PSB dinner in Epcot and I loved it! Should have known to trust my fellow disers.

Good question. If I have to narrow it down to just one, it'd be the udon at Yakitori House. Biggest surprise (in a good way) was the Penne Alfredo with Parmesan Chicken at the All-Stars Food Court (!)
...oh, and the corn dog nuggets at Casey's still RAWK!

This is too hard to answer but here are the things I loved the most, in a tie for the BEST!!!

-Schoolbread in Norway at Epcot
-Dole Whip swirled with vanilla at MK
-Mickey premium ice cream bar
-Mickey rice krispie treat with chocolate covered ears
-HUGE cinnamon bun at Main Street Bakery at MK
-Salmon at Crystal Palace dinner at MK

Wow, can you tell that I LOVE sweets?!?!?!?! Seriously though, I thought the food all over WDW was excellent and we look forward to getting the DDP again in 2010. Food is very important to us on vacation, whether it is a cruise, a theme park trip, or anything else. I always check out the food anywhere before we go. Vacations are the time when I indulge, as I watch what I eat the rest of the year!!!

chili glazed salmon at Crystal Palace
maple glazed salmon at Canada's F&W festival
everything at the afternoon tea at the GF :goodvibes

The sweet potato pancakes with honey-pecan butter at Boatwrights!

I *love* the chilled strawberry soup at the 1900 Park Fare. It's so good! The waitress noticed how much I enjoyed the soup and gave me a recipe for it.:thumbsup2

Wow, tough question...

I really loved the bread pudding at Ohana. I still remember the warm, cozy feeling I got when I had it the first time. Yum!

Crab Cake Appetizer at Brown Derby (hollywood studios). Honestly the best crab cake I've ever eaten in my life!

Saweeeet... I have some new treats to try.

I almost put up the fois gras tart from V&As but I'd had fois gras I liked more elsewhere. That pasta from FF was the best pasta dish I'd ever had anywhere:cloud9: .

The cheese trays from the World are also heavenly,I've never had one I didn't wish came entre sized

Surprised to see so many schoolbreads.I love it too but we eat one of almost everything in Norway and share.

coffee bbq chicken flatbread appetizer at Jiko's. Best flatbread anywhere in the world.

For me it's a tie between the Cobb Salad at Brown Derby and the polenta at Spoodles. So much delicious.

Love the cheese soup at Le Cellier, Caramel chocolate apples at Goofy's, onion rolls and roasted garlic at Yatchsman Steakhouse (I know weird choice), DH says popcorn anywhere at Disney, the Asian counter at Sunshine Season's FC, anything at the F&W fest (esp Polland). We also loved the cheam cheese brownie we split at BW bakery, way better than the sandwiches there.

I forget what it's called but I had this smoked salmon california roll with a sweet chili sauce at Wolfgang Puck Cafe which might have been the best thing I've ever eaten -- it certainly blew away everything else I've tried at WDW (some of which is very yummy).

I had salmon sahimi and a seaweed salad too -- all delicious.
