I am curious about the signature restaurants and which people seem to like the best. I am currently trying to plan out the ADR's for my upcoming trip with my DGF in January. We have tried Jiko and absolutely loved it. I had the swordfish and she had the filet. Both were exceptional. Any others that we shouldn't miss this trip? Thanks in advance!

I've only been to 2 Signatures - Cali Grill and Citricos and they are both wonderful!

The food quality at both is excellent. The reason I like Citricos a TAD more is that it's quieter than Cali Grill. But Cali Grill has those views. I say go to both! :rotfl:

Yeah, the main reason my parents have been telling me to go to Cali Grill is the view. They say it is amazing, and pretty much worth the extra money the food is gonna run you, although they claim the food is pretty darn good too!

The view is amazing, but to me, the food is the star and the reason why I go to Cali Grill. Never had anything bad there in the 3 meals I've eaten.

There is a difference in the flavors of the food.

Citricos is strictly European - Spanish Riviera, Provencal, and Tuscan influences.

California Grill gets their flavor/preparation influences from all over the globe and tends to have a lot of Asian flavors. They also do Sushi.

artist point at the WL is wonderful. yachtsman steakhouse is very, very good. service at both restaurants is fabulous.:yay:

I've eaten at Yachtsman Steakhouse, Narcoossee's, and Cali Grille. The view at Cali Grille is by far the best with Narcoossee's coming in second. I thought the food was best at Narcoossee's and our services was equal between the 3.

We have been to Cali Grill, Jiko and FF and we loved them all but FF is the best for us so far...we have gone 3 times and it is excellent each time.

For what its worth the filet at Jiko was outstanding, the pork tenderloin at CG was to die for but the bestest filet ever had at Disney is at BlueZoo in the Dolphin.

I've eaten at all of the them quite a few times. My favorite is Flying Fish. Second would be Citricos and third would be Jiko (Jiko has great appetizers but I don't think the entrees live up to the appetizers).

Flying Fish is the only one that I think is good enough to compare with the other great non-Disney choices of Bistro de Paris, bluezoo, Il Mulino.

For the Disney owned restaurants I would put FF, CG, and Jiko's together followed by Citricos and then Yachtsman's/AP together next and Narcoossee's last.
We're giving Narcoossee's another shot in about ten days.

We have been to Artist Point (our favorite) and California Grill (great view and food was excellent). We are trying Citricos for my birthday and planning to do Jiko when staying at AKL in January.

We are slowly (ever 2-3 times) trying them all out.

Rebecca

You'll get lots of opinions about this but Narcoossee's and Cali Grill are my pics...
