Best Signature Restaurant for Dessert?

My wife and I are going to leave the kids with the grandparents and have a "Date Night" at Disney. Unfortunately, we are going to try and do this date on a budget so really can't justify blowing $150 a piece on a meal.

So, we are thinking about going to a signature restuarant later in the evening for coffee and dessert. Where would you recommend us lovebirds go for our date? Afterwards we like the idea of strolling the beach at Poly, or walking the Boardwalk, or going to DTD, if that impacts your advice.

While I haven't been to every signature restaurant, we do love Narcoossee's. The almond cheesecake is beyond divine. DH said it was the best dessert he's had. Ever.

The bread pudding at Raglan Road is good and you could sit at the bar.

I do like the idea of one of the MK resorts because of being able to ride the Monorail around to each.
