Best Short Rib

I love a good short rib. Had the one at Jiko and it was amazing now I’m on a quest to find the best short rib on property, hotel, park, or Disney springs.
Any suggestions as to a good short rib?

It's really a cut that Disney restaurants like, in addition to most popular steak cuts.

I haven't had Jiko's, but I think Citricos is a worthy one to try if you're going to compare them.

We used to do the DxDP all the time, and found that WDW does bulk purchasing, so if one restaurant had grouper as the fish of the day, we'd see grouper all week at all the other restaurants.

I've twice had the short rib at La Hacienda de San Angel and enjoyed it both times.

Ok hear me out... I know my suggestion is not Disney... but if you ever stay at Aulani, go to Moena Cafe in Honolulu and have their short rib loco moco. Best loco moco of my life.

I wonder what the criteria are for people claiming they've had the "best" short rib. Have they sampled every one available?
