Hi! Can someone tell me where the Premium Outlets are? Character Premier?

We are going to rent a car for one day to goto the grocery store and outlets.

There are two character premier shops at the Belz outlet malls at the north end of I Drive and there is one at the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall right across from the Crossroads near DTD. It is on the other side of I-4.
