Best Servers at 50s PT Cafe

I know this has been asked before and included in parts of other threads, but for some reason I cannot find via a search a good listing of people's favorite servers. We have been several times with various success as to servers and their interaction, but it again is a must do for my kids (from toddler through early teen). We enjoy getting involved and I was hoping people could tell me who their favorite servers are so we can try to request a "good" aunt, uncle, cousin, mom etc. our next trip this summer. TIA.
