Hey all....can you tell me where in the World are the best salads and healthy choices.......THANKS!!!!! princess:

I would probably have to go with the Earl of Sandwich. I had a great Chinese Chicken salad the day I arrived and it was filling and quite good.

Never been there.....will have to check it out...me and DH are trying to eat healthier and when we go to the World we don't want to lose all of what we have been doing.....oh but don't get me wrong I will have a yummy burger at Cosmic Rays and get an ice cream on Main Street.....maybe a Dole Whip......oh boy....I am in trouble now.... ha ha ha!!!!!! :lmao:

I am soooooo right with you!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

TRY...TRY... to eat healthy is the important world but once you get down there it always seems to chance! lol :rotfl2:

Dole whips
Mickey Bars
Pastries

ohhhh, I could go on and on.....but I wont because I'll just make myself more hungry!

I know....we were talking and saying maybe lunches can be salads but when you get to the world things always change......we say since you do so much walking all day long you work it off......an even trade..ha ha ha!!!!

My favorite healthy eats are:

The Garden Galley Salad at Columbia Harbor House. It has pecans, feta, pineapple and a great dressing.

Either the chicken or salmon at Tusker House. The rosemary chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans is fantastic.

Earl of Sandwich has a nice caprese with tomato, basil and mozzarella. I also love the Scudetto.

Flatbread Grill at MGM has a greek salad that has gotten good reviews.

At Epcot, I've always wanted to try this salad at Electric Umbrella:
Freshly Tossed Island Chicken Salad - chicken, romaine lettuce, mango, pineapple, golden raisins, coconut and jicama, served with a jerk-flavored honey mustard dressing $6.99

I think the shawarma platters at Tangierine Cafe at Morocco are very healthy. The lamb or chicken is served with hummus, falafal and couscous. YUM!

Yakitori House has nice sushi, udon soup and a light salad with ginger dressing.

My favorite salad place is Sweet Tomatoes off site by Universal. I'll go at least once every vacation. I wish they had one near my home. I'd go all the time.

Wolfgang Pucks Cafe in DTD. Every Salad on that menu says "I'm special" although I'd advise sharing so you don't feel like you ordered the wrong thing. They will all make you drool if you're a salad lover!

I second the Asian Chicken Salad at Earl of Sandwich...I went there twice just for that...personally I wasn't impressed with the sandwiches (like lots of other people are) but the salad was EXCELLENT!

I think my favorite on is at Pecos Bill's - let me look it up.

Yep - that's it :) Magic Kingdom:
Chicken Salad - freshly tossed seasoned chicken, jicama slaw, lettuce, vegetables and cheese in a lime vinaigrette $6.39; served without grilled chicken $4.69

They also have a great, great chicken wrap - a little heavy on the cheese, though, so probably not as healthy.

You can always get a veggie burger - they're made very well at WDW and are always a healthy option.

Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom) has a nice house salad:
Paradise House Salad - Mixed greens and Roma tomatoes, jicama, carrots, and cucumbers with your choice of dressing $5.29

I don't have much experience here, but I got a chicken salad with balsamic vinegrette at Tusker House and it was great. I also liked the salad that you used to get with a pizza at the Plaza Pavillion (no longer in existence).

This is my pick. I love it. I went back to MK just to have it!

My brother had am amazing salad at GF Cafe for lunch - they have lots of "light" choices that are yummy.
