Best salads at Disneyland and DCA

I love the chicken salad with apples at Boudin Bakery at the Pacific Wharf--but it comes in a sourdough bread bowl--so make sure you can resist temptation to eat it!

Ok this one is not a low cal salad and it is not a particularly affordable one, but man is it delicious. The Smiling Tiger Salad at the Napa Rose has tempura fried lobster, spicy beef, asian greens and coconut lime vinaigrette.

My favorite quick service salad is the roast beef salad! Typical greens, with slices of roast beef and a creamy dressing. Real Yummy! Riverbelle Terrace used to have it, then I saw it again at Harbour Galley. Not sure if they still have it there, but last time I got a shrimp salad at Harbour Galley, and that was not bad, it has pretty big pieces of shrimp.

Another vote for the Crescent City Salad with Balckened Salmon at Cafe Orleans. Although I'm not sure how it would taste without the citrus dressing (it also does have candied pecans).

This salad is so good- I had it with chicken. Excellent light salad, and pretty healthy! Of course, I totally blew the "healthy" aspect by ordering the beignets for dessert - do they count as healthy if you use the berry dipping sauce instead of the chocolate? Maybe the berry sauce can be counted as a fruit serving.
