Best room numbers for a BCV studio

Any suggestions in which BCV Studio room number is the best?

I had studio #555 at BCV this past May. The site below has great info on the BCV floor layouts and various pix with the different views. Scroll to the bottom and you'll see the links.

BCV isn't really known for its views but I did love my view of Epcot & Illuminations. This studio was on the 5th (top) floor and not too far from the elevators.

We were in 422 (studio) in February and could see the fireworks every night. It was around the corner from the elevator and the laundry room was 30 seconds away from the room. We loved it! It seems that room # requests are much harder to get though, so general locations might be the best to ask for.

375 was a very nice location. We did overlook a road and canal but each evening we watched Wishes (high fireworks only) from our balcony. It is closer to the stairs and very very quite.

What kind of view do you want? I once had a studio that someone else said had an excellent view. I agree, that if your main objective is to see Illuminations from your room, it was excellent. However, it was too close to the road noise for me. I much prefer the Courtyard views, which to me are great-for people watching. But you can't even catch a glimpse of Illuminations. So the "best" depends on what you're looking for.

Unoffical guide suggests odd numbered rooms 121-157. This ought to put me in the view of the trees and beyond that world showcase and illuminations.

I do think Illuminations would be fun to watch from our porch. I also think it would be fun to look out over Stormalong Bay but I don't believe BCV has a studio that looks over that way.

WHAT I DONT want is a view of the parking lot.

We were in room 414 that overlooked the quiet pool and was directly across from the laundry room and just a few steps away from the elevator. It was a dedicated, nonsmoking room. I was afraid it might be noisy being so close to the laundry, but it was very quiet!
