hi, which rooms have you found to be best in the bwv, with bw view ? we are looking to get a one br. Are the villa's above jelly room the noisiest and are there other nightspots there as well ?

We were in 5015/5017 a few years ago. We couldn't hear the music from Jellyrolls, but you could vaguely hear people leaving at closing time.

We are above Jellyrolls right now and we don't hear a thing.

My favorite was above the store, I can't remember the number, maybe 4041? It had a good view and wasn't far from the elevators.

My least favorite was above Big River, once on the second floor and once on the fourth. The one on the second was loud, it was summer and people were out late carrying on. The one on the fourth floor (right above the other one) had a very small balcony that could only be accessed from the bedroom (under the arch). Found the numbers on dvcnews - 2017 & 4017

I'd love some ideas too. Our waitlist just came through for BW view. It's our first stay there and I'd love the perfect view!

Its all good!

Well...everything BUT 1st floor!

Think about what kind of balcony you want.

The solid balconies are HUGE!!! but you have to stand up to enjoy the view.

The balconies with the white slats make it easier to see...but are small.

I really enjoyed the BIG BALCONIES!

Just over a year ago we had the last unit on the end (#3001, I think). I was initially concerned with the noise from Jellyrolls but it was not an issue at all once you close the balcony doors.

Being on the end gave a great view of the boardwalk and the Epcot fireworks.

The only downside that I can recall was there wasn't a door down there to provide easy access to the boardwalk. There was a door but it came out on the backside almost in a maintance area.

I would not hesitate requesting this room again.

That 1st floor always scares me, I would hate it! One of the reasons I always request top floor.

Next time use the stairs by the ice machine room. You exit right next to the Boardwalk between the store and Wyland.

We were way down on the end once - not above Jelly Rolls, but around the corner and up the channel. Halfway to Studios.

It was literally a 10 minute walk from the bus to our room.

While it totally sucked in terms of getting to and from the bus or the lobby, but it wasn't bad in terms of walking to the boat (at Swan/Dolphin) or walking to Studios.

Getting to the pool wasn't terrible, but it felt like we were walking a long distance to get to the Boardwalk to go to Epcot.
