Best rides for someone in wheelchair

Can they transfer at all? Can they walk a few steps or do they need to remain in their wheelchair the whole time? Can they step up or down, etc?

My DM is not able to do much walking around the parks anymore it is too much so the last few trips she rented a wheelchair for us to push her around. She does not go on any thrill rides but the ones she likes most had a special vehicle she just rolled onto. When we were there for Thanksgiving the special boat at Jingle Cruise was broken so she was not able to go on that as she has trouble stepping down into some of the boats. For Navi they did not have a special vehicle but they had the wheelchair close to the boat a certain way so she was able to get in it. The ones that have usually there is a special line close to the regular one but Spaceship Earth had a special entrance around the side. I believe I have heard most rides can accommodate. For the shows and show type attractions there were rows either in front or in back a CM will direct you to the door you need to enter and tell you where to go.
