If you are referring to Islands of Adventure specifically, I'd go with Forbidden Journey....

For IoA I'd say Forbidden Journey. For the Studios I'd say Mummy.

At IOA for us it is Forbidden Journey followed by Spiderman

For us, Spiderman and Dragon Challenge were our favorite rides in IoA, and The Mummy and Rip Ride Rockit were the best at Universal Studios.

I really enjoyed Transformers.

I never saw any of the movies but I love the whole package: cool looking building, short interesting queue, live character visits in alleyway.
