Best Ribs in the World

I love Cosmic Rays and the fact that its only a counter service is a bonus!

The last I heard, Disney serves the same ribs at all of their locations. Some locations may change the sauce recipe or over cook them, but they are the same ribs.

Cape May, Flame tree and T Rex. At T Rex, I had the platter with half a chicken and ribs and there was enough for me, my teen aged daughter and even my pre teen had a bite or two! Fall off the bone tender also!

I'd like to mention that the ribs at Flame Tree are dry rubbed style. Maybe that's called Memphis style? I hate boiled ribs that are then slathered with barbecue sauce. I go over to AK several times a year, simply to get the ribs for lunch at Flame Tree.

My whole family enjoyed the ribs at Flame Tree. I have had ribs all over the South, Southeast, Midwest and West and I think that they rank up in the top five of ALL places. I like the style they serve there and I didn't see a badly cooked or poor quality serving while we were there last. My wife is a very picky eater and I think my she talked me into another trip to the World this winter just for those ribs!

Thanks for the recommendation!! I am always on the look out for really good ribs. So far the best I had was in this hole in the wall filthy looking place in Memphis. I am putting Yak & Yeti on my list for the next trip down there.

On site, my vote is Flame Tree.

Off site, find a Sonny's Real Pit BBQ. Great St. Louis style ribs. Best ribs I've ever had at a chain restaurant. Also fantastic peach cobbler! There are 2 or 3 locations within 30 minutes of WDW. We go to the one in Haines City.

Hi, My DH ALWAYS gets the RIBS at Sci Fi and says that they are FANTASTIC!! I was told they use COLA in the recipe?? Joan

We found Flame Tree's ribs really dry. Best ones we had were from House of Blues at DTD, and Raglan Road (only an appetiser portion) at DTD!

The ribs at Yak and Yeti were one of the best meals on our last trip. I have zero doubt that I will repeat that order on our April trip, already have the ADR. They fall somewhere between asian and southern ribs. Hard to categorize exactly, so lets just say "real tasty".

DW loves the Ribs at Sci-Fi and she ordered them this Oct. and said they were Awesome.
