At this point in August you are definitely limited by what may still be available on Thanksgiving. Folks have been booking that since May and the popular, in park restaurants are likely booked.
Search on the official Disney web site for availability first and then let us help you choose from among your choices.

We did Thanksgiving in Biergarten and it was really fun. We were a large group so we took up a whole table ourselves. The buffet worked for everyone and the kids got to dance and enjoy the show while the adults drank giant steins of beer.
We ate at Cape May last Thanksgiving (and would be eating there again this year if I hadn't been able to snag Liberty Tree). It's not in Epcot but it's a very short walk to the beach club. They had turkey and stuffing on the buffet along with all the regular items.
Epcot - I would try either Garden Grill or le Cellier. le Cellier is delicious, but more $$. GG would have more traditional TG food (and it has Mickey), and we love it there. There are so many delicious places to eat in Epcot, but I think GG would be a great choice.

I was just thinking this would be a great festive meal even if they don't have turkey.
I think it is going to be hard to find the traditional thanksgiving dinner in Epcot outside of garden grill or Le Cellier (as someone else mentioned above).
At this point being very late in the dining reservation game i would book something now what ever might be available. I looked and there is just about 4 available for lunch and dinner, your option is to expand your options to the BW area and you could leave the park - just looking quick that only adds Trattoria al forno - which in my experience has been so-so for food.
Do not wait book something now and then stalk because as you get closer peoples plans change and they may cancel.
The only restaurant we've had Thanksgiving dinner at was Le Cellier (last year), and it wasn't very good. We're going Thanksgiving 2018 and I'm planning to book Trails End.
I actually ended up booking Splitsville Diner. We've ate there before and after talking to my family we didn't really care if we ate the traditional turkey dinner. Thanks everyone for the advice.
