There is a Disney allergy group on FB that is very helpful. Do a search on FB for it and request to join. Also post on the disability board here. In general, WDW is the best with food allergies. We have eaten in many places on site and never had an issue. Note allergies when you make your reservation and tell them as soon as you arrive at your restaurant. At sitdown places a chief can come to your table to talk with you. It's not automatic anymore so be sure to request it. Counter Service has a allergy menu and a ingredient binder and a chief can come to talk to you if you ask. It takes longer for allergy food so allow for that. At a buffet a chief can walk you through the buffet to let you know what is safe or they can bring all safe food from the back. Some people choose to eat only at Disney Owned places but we have had great service at non Owned places as well. What you may want to avoid depends on your allergies. Peanuts may want to choose to avoid Asian and Shrip may want to avoid Seafood places. We have eaten all over property with no issues....peanut and peanut egg.
