Best food: Le Cellier. The mushroom filet is amazing and the creme brulee sampler is heavenly.
Best food combined with atmosphere: San Angel Inn. When I go, I stay away from the tacos, etc and order some of the more unique entrees. The seafood casserole entree I had was phenomenal, the tortilla soup was great, and the chicken dishes were wonderful. The Mexican-market-under-the-"night sky" atmosphere is romantic and playful for an indoor dining experience.
