Best $$$ restaurant in the AK area?

I'm always looking for the top restaurants of WDW, but can never find a current poll as rated by *our* personal experiences. Of course a poll of all of da Worlds' restaurants would be very cool.

Unfortunately, the DISBoards poll feature has a limitation of 10 options (besides....I only have one life to live ), so I am limiting this poll to ONLY the AK restaurants with a Disney price rating of $$$.
FYI, $$$ is considered moderately priced to expensive; according to an average adult guest check on WDWs' official website.

So who's game?
In your opinion, what is the best $$$ restaurant in the AK area of Walt Disney World?

ok, I'm game. Our favorite 3 star restaurant in the AK area is Boma. We ate there twice during our last trip. Very good food.

I have to concur with nanalisa, Boma is also our favorite 3 star restaurant in the AK area. We like the variety there.

Keep you votes coming because I had a brainstorm....

I am going to allow the current polls to run for awhile. Eventually, I will tally up the votes and have a face-off of the top 10 $$$ in WDW.

That's seems to be the best way to poll the many $$$ restaurants of WDW

Boma for dinner is definitely our favorite... Jiko is great too, but pricier.

Jiko HAMMERED the Maya Grill with 46 of the 48 votes!!!

BTW, I was keeping an eye on the Boma and Flame Tree BBQ 'paper ballots'. For all who's interested: Boma was mentioned 5 times, while Flame Treee BBQ was mentioned once....neither even close to beating Jiko.

We'll be heading down the March and will have to try Jiko. Going by our fellow DISers, this restaurant has a very interesting menu and experience.
