Best resort villa for kids and teens

We are traveling with four kids, ages 9-19. Can someone suggest the best Disney Villa for older kids and teens? So, fun + cool!

For that age group I would suggest looking at the Beach Club Villas or Boardwalk Villas. The pool at the Beach Club is awesome. Both resorts are a short walk to Epcot and a boat ride to Hollywood Studios. The Boardwalk is fun to walk around in the evening and you can rent those 4 person bikes or searaycer boats.

Beach Club villas..You are in walking distance to both epcot and DHS( though Dhs is longer walk).You also have the boardwalk there and of course SAB swimming pool which is good for the older kids
