Best resort for one night in Feb?

We will be staying at WDW for one night in February after we get back from our cruise. Which resort would you stay at for just one night? We'd prefer a Deluxe or similar, although pretty sure GF and Poly will be out of our price range that time of year. Is Beach Club worth it in Feb, or is it too cold? TIA!

I like BC, YC and BWI any time of year for a few reasons - 1.) It's 50/50 if the weather will be warm enough to hang by the pool during the day but the photo ops at BC are out of this world. 2. ) Lot of dining options 3. ) Lots of shopping options 4. ) So much to do right there at the resorts without having to go into a park but if you just can't pass it up - Epcot is walking distance or HS is a boat ride away. I don't think you can go wrong, IMO.

What's your plan for that one night? Go to a park? Hang around the resort? For one night I'd be hard pressed not to stay at a MK resort for fireworks viewing, depending on what you want out of the evening.

FWIW, some parts of Feb are 'cheap' (some are definitly not!) so maybe the prices will be better than you expect.
