going to wdw and doing the land and sea package and wondering which resort to pick that is has the best facilities for my dd age 3 she loves to swim so i would like it to have a nice pool area. thanks for all your help

*LOL* Well, I don't think I'll be much help. All of the WDW resorts are good for kids. First, you need to decide if you want a value, moderate, or deluxe resort. Next think about what you'll be doing and what you'd like to be close to. Value pools have fun shapes, but no pool slides. Mod's and deluxes all have pool slides. Most have kiddie pools, sprinklers, and/or zero entry pools.

Our fav resorts with our young dd are CR and WL. We like to be close to the MK. WL has a wonderful little kiddie pool and it is the smallest of the deluxes. It's very easy to get around WDW. Our then 4.5 yo really loved it.

The land/sea package also "confines" you to certain resorts based on your cabin level. No value resorts are given as an option. Do you know what your choices are?

I've only stayed at ASM and CS...and if value is out for the package...my kids (2 and 7 at the time) loved Coronado's pool. The slide has a spitting jaguar...theres a huge pool and a little shallow kiddie pool. Heck...there may have been another pool somehwere too..but this one was great (and by our room)
I don't think you can go wrong with any of the pools!!

CSR is not an option either.

My kids LOVED the All Stars pools at that age. The kiddie pool had some sort of whale or something that they were crazy about. There are no slides there, but honestly, at 3 years old they probably won't care. The regular pool had some kind of character in it, too. Very fun for the kids. they also liked the Toy Story area etc. A very economical choice as well.

All Stars and POP are the best kid friendly resorts lots for them to do and also lots for mom and dad. Coronado is also good with kids mind you it is alot larger and further a walk to the main building but the pool area has lots for the kids.

Just got back from the Poly (narrowly missed Frances - last flight out of Tampa 9/4) and my kids LOVED it there! DS-9,DD-6,DS-4 & DS-2. If you can choose a deluxe I would highly recommend the Poly because there is so much to do for the kids.
The pool is zero entry with an AWESOME slide, they have arts & crafts in the GCH practically everyday, Hula lession once a week and a little known fact - the Neverland club is open & free to resort guests from 12-4pm. My kids didn't want to go to the parks - they wanted to stay at the club - they had dress up stuff, HUGE projection TV, arts & crafts, video games (free), computer games and a ton of toys to play with. We went twice during our stay and had the whole place to ourselves for hours.

I also agree that all the reorts are kid friendly but the deluxe resorts have more planned activities than the mods.

You've got a tough choice to make. Good luck!

I am uncertain what your options are but if your child loves to swim and the pools/slides are a major factor, I would suggest the BC as it has Storm Along Bay.
