We're considering going in Jan. and have never been there when it wasn't warm. Which is a good resort (for adults and kids 11-5) when it isn't warm enough to swim? Does it matter? We've done WL a couple times and were thinking of doing something different.
We like to stay in the Epcot area. At that time of year Epcot is the only park with regular hours til 9. I guess with the rotating extra hours in the parks now, it is not as big a factor. But we do like being able to walk to Epcot and MGM and it is nice to stroll the Boardwalk on the way back and stop at the Bakery!!!
