Best resort dining options for two adults

Every place you mention is good, but if I was sans my kiddo and looking to spend time away from everyone elses kiddos too I'd head to the Swan and Dolphin. For whatever reason there are far fewer kids there and its a much quieter vibe. BlueZoo is our favorite, but we've also enjoyed Il Mulino and Shula's. Like @Cramden suggested we've also done a "crawl" through the Swan & Dolphin restaurants as they all have ample bar seating without needing an ADR.
