Best RESORT character breakfast?

We are planning to do the character breakfast on our off-park day. I was going to do my ADR today for Chef Mickey's but I just wanted to double-check that we weren't missing out on something better?

Our kids are 3 and 1. More interested in Mickey, Minnie, Pooh characters. Not as interested in Lilo/Stitch, Princesses.

Is Chef Mickeys our best bet? Of course, we want the food to be good too!

If you want to meet the traditional Disney characters than CM's is the place!!! You get to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Chip and Dale all in their chef attire. There are other resort breakfasts with some of these characters but not all like here. My 5yo DD really enjoys this one for that reason!

DH and I though really enjoy the Cape May character breakfast at BC with Minnie, Goofy, Chip and Dale in their swimming attire. We like the food better. And it always seems less crowded than CM's which means more character interaction time.

Chef Mickey's sounds like a good bet since your kids want to see Mickey and gang. I thought the food there was "okay".

Our personal favorite resort character breakfast is 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. The food is very good!

The only Resort character breakfasts that we have done the CM and 1900 Park Fare. I prefer CM and DH prefers 1900. If it's about the characteras themselves then I would go with CM as I prefer Mickey, chip, dale, goofy... over Cinderella.

There is also a breakfast with Mickey, Minnie and Goofy at the Beach Club. They wear old time bathing suits.

So, really as you can see Chef Mickey's in my opinion is the way to go.

1900 Park Fare had really good food and Chef Mickey was so much fun!

#1 - Cape May
#2 - Ohana
#3 - 1900 Park Fare


We ate at the garden grill, too, but not sure if they're still serving b-fast. They were good as well.
