A friend of mine is flying into Tampa and driving up to Disney with his family the first week in Nov. He wants to rent a minivan in Tampa and drop it off at Disney when he arrives at DIS. What car rental company is onsite at Disney and where can he get his best rental rate? Thanks.

I believe the only on-site car rental company is National. To get a great rate, have him join the Disney Club, he'll save 15 - 20% off, more than the membership cost of $30.
