Best rates for CR in October?

I just booked the CR Tower in October. I was told that AP rates weren't out yet for my dates so I have a rack rate of $399, including taxes. What kind of rates has everyone gotten in the past during October foir CR? I am hoping AP rates and codes for my dates come out soon to give me an idea of what kind of price I might be able to get.
