Best Rate with Exchange Certificate

According to the website, you can reserve a room with the Best Rate program if you have an Exchange Certificate.
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to log in. None of the numbers on the back of the certificate correspond with the information requested on the website.
Can anyone help me???

Thanks sooooo much Mary... you have no idea how many times I tried, and I couldn't figure out what to do with the last set of numbers. Never thought about dropping the first 2 digits. DUH!
