When do you think Best Rate will be available for the third week of Jan. 06? Also, am I correct that you cannot pay off your room until arrival?

Last year I booked my January 05 ressies online on July 27, 2004. So if the pattern is the same this year, it should be sometime next month.

You have to book the BEST RATE program at least 120 days in advance...
I would bet there will be little or no discount from Dec 19- Dec 31. Jan 1 starts value season. If someone is checking in Jan 1 the 120 days mark is the begining of Sept. So I would think that the window for Jan 1-Feb 15. All of that time frame is value season.
