Best rate for BC with codes in late October/early November?

I've never stayed here before and was wondering what kind of rates people have received here in the fall.We usually go in December but thought we would go a little earlier next trip because it was quite cool this past trip.December 2001 the weather was great though!Would really like to stay in Epcot area this visit and being a New Englander thought Beach Club sounded like home!

We stayed at the YC in November '02 for the first time, and it is our new favorite WDW resort. We booked a standard room with an AP rate for $169 +tax. There was also a code rate out at the same time for $179 +tax. The rates for the BC were the same .
