Best quick service breakfasts at resorts?

We are planning on having a leisurely trip this year and thought we might try some resort quick service breakfasts before hitting the parks We also plan on walking to CR or boat over to Poly or GF for lunch at their QS for lunch perhaps as well. For a short break and smaller crowds. Any suggestions?! Probably most open to Deluxe resorts due to their proximity to the parks.

There are multiple yummy waffle choices at the Roaring Forks @ Wilderness Lodge.

We really like Capt. Cooks. We order the tonga toast. Coast more at Kona's upstairs ($5) but taste the same. I don't mind carrying the plate to the table. It's not that heavy. After I eat it I feel the weight! Yum! I do miss the pressed coffee though.

Captain Cooks, Roaring Forks and Mara are our favorites with honorable mention to BW Bakery (it is sandwich heavy, I don't eat many sandwiches, really, but I do love the desserts!).

They each have their own specialties. Captain Cooks has tonga toast, BW Bakery has the egg scramble in a waffle cone, Roaring Forks has unique toppings for their Mickey waffles, etc.

We typically don't do QS breakfasts but QS lunch instead. Roaring Forks is good and we love Captain Cooks at the Poly where you can get a dole whip as your dessert (I'm assuming they're still doing this since the refurb??). We love the atmosphere outside as we sit and eat.
