Best procedure to get CRT???

Wednesday is the first day I can try for CRT on our trip. What is the best procedure to take and any tips would be greatly appreciated.

i would start calling a few minutes before 7 am EST 0n a land line. and if possible have someone else on a cell phone. we did this last year and i was on the landline and got through before my husband. and when the CM comes on line speak clearly w/the date, party number, and time. if you are flexible on the times your chances are better. good luck!!

I would definitely use regular phone and use cell only as a back up - I was using my cell the other day to call to make my deposit and it cut off!

Hi there.. I don't have any tips - just wanted to wish you luck.

I have seen several threads lately of people getting CRT 60 days out and also by randomly calling for cancellations... don't give up if you don't get it on your first try - people always change their plans.

We were able to get in on our very first try calling.

We started calling around 6:47 ET to get the number programmed in the phone & then around 6:55 starting calling & hanging up until the lines opened.

Finally the lines opened around 6:58 & I very quickly stated "Cinderella breakfast for 5, anytime"
I got a 9am PS!

I'll add some good luck, it is a fantastic experience. Don't give up though if you do not get it. There are many who have gotten CRT two days before.

I am not trying to brag but i don't know anybody else who has been to WDW before who can understand how exciting it was to get into CRT. My DH and I went for our first time to WDW the first week of may. I made a couple of PS but i could not get CRT. I was ok with that b/c these boards had prepared for that. Well when we were at our hotel i decided to try to see just in case we could by chance get in for dinner since we were heading over to MK for spectro. NO LUCK! Well we headed over to MK and planned to grab a bite anywhere that looked good. We walked pass the castle and I was in awe! I decided to check agian if it was possible to get a table that night. The CM was great he said one second went and checked and said we could seat you. Iwas ecstatic!! I said how long? He said a few minutes!!!!! We were seated immediately at a great table for two right next to the window. Peter Pan and Captain hook ran by the window during our dinner. It was beautiful inside and I cannot believewe got in.We definately had some pixie dust sprinkled on us!! It was truly a magical vacation with extra surprises!!
