Hi! We've been to Disney probably 15 times and never stayed on site. I just made reservations with Disney for September and gotten the free dining (but up graded to deluxe dining). My question is can I get a better price is I use a travel agency or AAA? Thanks for your help. --

It's my understanding that you have to pay rack rate (full non-discounted price) for your room, in order to qualify for free dining.

Have you compared prices with using a discount code for your room and paying for the dining plan? Sometimes it works out better.

It seems to me that staying at a value resort is a better choice when using free dining. If staying at a deluxe, it is better to get the room discount. That is what I have found myself.
