best price from austin to orlando

I can either fly from san antonio or austin (texas) to orlando. What are the airlines that fly that route?
JetBlue, AirTran, any others? Besides AA and continental? Trying to see if I can find the least expensive flights for a 3 day birthday trip in October with son.

you'd be nuts to fly anything but JetBlue. They don't charge for the 1st checked bag, have roomier seats and free drinks/snacks....oh, and they are usually well priced. Check their webpage for specials that are being run.

From Austin, only Southwest and Jetblue have non-stop flights. Keep checking prices. They usually are quite reasonable. If you fly AA, you'll have to stop in Dallas; with Continental, you'll have to stop in Houston. That doubles the time it takes to get to Orlando. Southwest doesn't charge for the first 2 checked bags.

Thanks.. I think I'll keep my eye on AIRTRAN or JETBLUE. As it is, I still have to drive 4-5 hrs. to san antonio or austin. Don't want connecting flights if I can help it. Right now, the best flights were $200 roundtrip. Since I have never flown from these cities not sure if that is considered a good deal. Your thoughts??

I am planning to fly from SAT on Oct... I have been looking for rates and the cheapest so far has been SW for 188 RT... I starting thinking $ 200 dlls Rt sounds good.
When do you think to book ?

Is there some reason that you're not considering Southwest? IMO, they have a better schedule than Jetblue out of AUS. I don't know about SAT.
