Best Price for FW - Who to Call

I had to cancel my reservations to FW in May due to baseball & softball games :-(. The good news is we'll go in September.

When I called WDW-DISNEY, I evidently got a travel agent. What is the best number to call for reservations at FW and Disney tickets?

Call the 407-wdisney number just ask "Is this Central Reservations?"
If they say yes, great; if they say no request CRO (central reservations office). Here lately when I have called (and it's been frequent!!) I have gotten the travel co. I am wondering if they are changing everything over to the travel co? The way to make sure you have CRO is to go over your travel plans then ask what the cancellation and payment policy is.
CRO cancellation policy is 5 days prior to trip for a full refund. Travel co requires a $200 down pymt. Also, CRO usually requires full pymt at time of check in (I have a ressie in May they want full pymt in advance so I need to check on that!). This may be a change too to help curtail cancellations.

I would also suggest that you think about the dining plan if you are booking a package (room and park tkts). It is about the only discount you can get on meals and the dining plan you get with the MYW tickets includes tax and tip I think. You can't beat that!!
