The Kodak has an attached USB plug you just plug right into your computer. Amazon has the full description right on their sight. It's pulling up at $146 right now also!

The Kodak can do everything the flip does and then some, including taking still photos that the Flip can't do. Video can be watched on your TV, downloaded to your computer, put on youtube, facebook... whatever. It's gotten much better ratings than the Flip as far as quality. The newest Kodak Zi8 just came out in August. Check out these comparison reviews between the Flip and the Kodak Zi8:

The Kodak has better quality all around including 1080p and a wider viewing screen. The main difference is that the newest Flip carries 8gb while the Kodak needs a memory card, but with the card can store up to 32gb of memory, which is much better! You can't upgrade on the Flip. You get what you get. Memory cards are very cheap these days.

I just bought a Kodak Zi8 on Amazon for $146.95 plus free shipping. Another site had them for $144.95, but by the time I checked out, the camera was sold out! The prices can change hourly on Amazon, so keep checking back. Last night the Kodak was up to $160.00. I'm glad I waited and kept checking.
