best pool?

What resort pool would be best for two teens and a 8year old?

My kids would probably tell you Storm Along Bay at the BC/YC.

The volcano pool at the Polynesian is good and the pool at AKL is nice also.

My vote goes to the Grotto pool at the S/D.

The kids all seem to love playing under the waterfall, plus there's a volleyball net (and somone's always playing, and welcoming anyone who wants to join)

The staff here have all kinds of activities poolside and give out prizes to the kids.

Then there's the daily water polo, which while not quite up to the rules, is lots of fun for everyone of all ages)

Music poolside, all day.

Free use of recreational balls for the volleyball and polo, plus the basketball hoops right next to the pool...

I like the spring pool....

My choice would be Stormalong Bay at the YC/BC also.

I've been to WDW with those exact ages, and my boys would say most definitely Storm Along Bay. My teens like hot tubs, so they wouldn't vote for the Volcano Pool for that reason. They also prefer the Epcot resort location over the MK resorts.

We stayed at the BC on our last trip and the kids loved SAB. It was under construction and part of it was closed though.

DH and I thought it might be fun to stay somewhere else. Maybe will stay at the YC this time in August. I need to book soon!

The BC & YC share SAB. We have stayed at both & we prefer the YC because we find it quieter & more serene. Even our 3 DD's prefer it - we do love the BC also though!

No doubt about it, of all the pools at the Disney resorts SAB is the very best. I have stayed there with my kids just because of the pool and would recommend it for you.

Since we tried beach club we can never stay anywhere else because my DD (5 yrs old now) loves the "sandy pool"- it is definetely the greatest pool on disney property by far!!!!!
