Best Points option when buying travel?

I need to book a hotel 4 or 5 nights and a plane ticket. Does anyone know which rewards program will give me the best deal for that and through which travel site should I book? I don't want to do Priceline or Hotwire where I cannot choose where I am staying or when my flights are. I am using MyPoints, Milesource and Blink.

I know that you can get 100 points at Milesource for booking a flight through Expedia. I don't participate in Blink, but I think a post earlier in the year from someone who does said that it awards the most for travel.
