Best planning strategy?

My sister and I are planning a trip at the beginning of February. This just came up today, so I'm in full-blown planning mode trying to figure out dining. Between working with her picky tastes, my wanting to go places we haven't been before, and no final (as far as I can tell) restaurant list, I'm going a little cross-eyed trying to figure out where to eat. We'll be staying at the Beach Club, so I want to eat around the World Showcase as much as possible.

So do I just make my ADRs based on this years dining plan and hope those restaurants show up on the final list? That's probably what I'll do; I guess I'm just venting here and looking for reassurance that everything will be ok.

Yes.

I have read on these boards that only once has a restaurant dropped off the DDP, and that was a number of years ago in DTD.

Le Cellier changed last year to Signature status at dinnertime (still just 1 TS for lunch). Disney publicized the pending change for more than 6 months before it happened; nobody was blindsided by it.

AFAIK, the only non-dining-plan restaurant in WS is Bistro de Paris - and you still have the TS Chefs and the CS Boulangerie to choose from to use your credits.

Any restaurant currently on the ddp, has a 99.9% chance on being on the ddp next year.
The only somewhat likely change -- there is a rumor circulating, that *more* DTD restaurants might add the plan next year.
