I used the Passporter as my management system while I was there. The pockets were great for storing receipts, itineraries, tour guides, etc. and recording notes/details. It also has fold out maps of each park and a very user-friendly list of all of the attractions.
However, I also printed out touring plans from TourGuideMike and shrunk them on the copier until they were small enough to fit in the passporter pockets (pocket size). I stuck the touring guide for each park on the specified day and identified an extra pocket for misc. information like "best days", etc. so that I would have it all with me. It was great to read over while standing in lines for buses and attractions (although we didn't wait in many lines thanks to TGM- His plans really work!) and quickly slap the elastic back on to keep everything in place.
