Best plan for Epcot rope drop?

Heading to Epcot today and need advise. We will Lyft most likely so what time will they let us in to be dropped off? Test Track is my DD favorite so that is where we want to head first. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you

I'm not sure what the time the earliest drop off is, but the Lyft/Uber plan would definitely be the route I'd take.

I'd also like to know if it's better to Uber straight to Epcot (what time do they open parking for 11:00am opening time?) or Uber to a resort and then walk in.

The Lyft option is the way to go. We wedge in line to enter the park at 10:10. They started letting cars in at 10:15. We walked into test track and they began the ride at 10:45. We were off by 10:55 and the wait was 95 min at 11:00. We walked onto mission space and then waited 15 min for soaring, then 10 min for figment. All this was done by 11:45.

Is there any advantage crowd or time wise to enter at the IG entrance (going to Test Track) rather than the main entrance?

Is Test Track the only attraction consistently operating early/before official park opening?

It seems like all of the parking lots are opening later than they used to... In all of our previous trips we never seemed to be at such a disadvantage when we drove and parked in the parking lot.
