Best Places to Watch Block Party?

Is there any certain place, that is better than others, to watch the Block Party Bash Parade in DCA? Specifically a place that Buzz &/or Woody stop? My son is a Buzz and all things Toy Story fanatic, so I know that would make his day if he got to see Buzz that close up.

Right in front of the P. T. Flea Market. If you are facing it just a little to the right about 30 feet or so should put you right in front of Buzz.

Dear Dancing Queen,
I love being down near the bridge that goes to Ariel's Grotto. There is a rise there and you can see quite a bit. I have found the crowds much smaller there than over by the Sun fountain. I'm sorry that I don't remember exactly where Toy Story's float stopped but ask one of the cast members setting up the ropes and they will let you know. The green army men come before the parade and entertain as well as being disbursed amoung all the floats so there is lots of Toy Story guys. It is a very fun and energetic time for the whole family.

I'm wondering if it is possible to catch the 4:10 Aladdin show and then the 5:15 BPB Parade? We'd probably need a bathroom break and possibly a stop at a snack bar. Would we be able to do these 2 things so closely together? If so, where should we head to get a BPB spot? This will be July on a SAturday.
