If it needs a charge for a while in MK or Epcot? Any right near an attraction we can go on and let it charge for a bit?

In EPCOT, there are outlets concealed in many of the flower beds in Future World. Look for any kind of box sticking up out of the ground, and five'll get you ten it's got an outlet on it.

The only outlets I've personally used at the MK are under the arches at the train station and near the pressed penny machine just outside the gates, but I'm told that the yellow tent in Storybook Circus has charging stations for cell phones and ECV's (I haven't checked this out myself).

Hopefully, if you give your scooter a complete charge every night you should be all right for the day. If you go from the time the park opens to when it closes, then you could have a problem; otherwise, I would just practice some good common sense and you should be all right for the day.

When you are watching a show, parade, or fireworks make sure the scooter is shut off. In long ride queues it might be worthwhile to turn the scooter off, too. If you take a break in your day and return to the resort, you can give your scooter a boost at that time with charging the battery.

With regards to outlets I only remember one as you come out from The Living Seas, but I don't remember where it was exactly. A CM can help you in an area of the park if this becomes necessary. They would know better than anyone where an outlet may be. All the rental locations for strollers and scooters will take your scooter and charge it for you if this becomes necessary. You do need to get it there and that may not be so convenient. I know from previous threads some people have charged their batteries in the parks, but it's not a normal practice.

There are outlets, but you have to be pretty good to find them. They blend in pretty good to the background. Some others here may be able to give you specifics.

I'm not sure why you need to do this, but if you own your own scooter and the battery is not holding a charge long enough, then you may need a new battery. If it's a rental and there's a problem with a battery not holding a good charge then you usually can get a replacement scooter.

We are actually doing all 4 parks in one day - hence why I think it will need charging! We will be out by 9am and not back in until 11pm, so I am worried about it lasting that long! lol

There are a couple inside guest relations at the Magic Kingdom. There are several inside Pecos Bill, the quick service food place. There is also an outlet by the restrooms just outside of the Magic Kingdom but usually a teenager or two is plugged into it with a phone charger!

There is one inside the area leading into Captain EO in Epcot. If you leave it there and go to the show, remember you exit the other side so someone will have to circle back to get it.

Also in Epcot, in the lower level of the Land in the food court area, there are several along the half wall that separates the food area from the table area. That last area is very convenient to riding the Land boat ride and you can also take the esculator up and see the Circle of Life movie, as well as get something to eat.
