Hopefully, if you give your
scooter a complete charge every night you should be all right for the day. If you go from the time the park opens to when it closes, then you could have a problem; otherwise, I would just practice some good common sense and you should be all right for the day.
When you are watching a show, parade, or fireworks make sure the scooter is shut off. In long ride queues it might be worthwhile to turn the scooter off, too. If you take a break in your day and return to the resort, you can give your scooter a boost at that time with charging the battery.
With regards to outlets I only remember one as you come out from The Living Seas, but I don't remember where it was exactly. A CM can help you in an area of the park if this becomes necessary. They would know better than anyone where an outlet may be. All the rental locations for strollers and scooters will take your scooter and charge it for you if this becomes necessary. You do need to get it there and that may not be so convenient. I know from previous threads some people have charged their batteries in the parks, but it's not a normal practice.
There are outlets, but you have to be pretty good to find them. They blend in pretty good to the background. Some others here may be able to give you specifics.
I'm not sure why you need to do this, but if you own your own scooter and the battery is not holding a charge long enough, then you may need a new battery. If it's a rental and there's a problem with a battery not holding a good charge then you usually can get a replacement scooter.
