Best places to eat off-site: mid-range $$

My husband and I are trying to find places/things to enjoy in Orlando that we can't get up here in Canada.

So.... with that in mind, I think we're going to try a few of the following;

Bahama Breeze
Giordano's
Sweet Tomatoes
Season's 52 (the concept really intrigues me)

Or if we decide to spend more money, we might spring for:
Roy's
Texas de Brazil (although I'm not sure I could eat enough to justify those prices!)

I'm also trying to find more of the locally owned, mom&pop type of places. Any recommendations there?

Roy's is a great choice. My favorite restaurant ANYWHERE!! Everytime we have been they had a $35 price-fixe menu (app, entree, dessert). ANy time we our in Orlando we eat there. If you can afford it, GO, trust me I have made suggetions to friends/family and they have all enjoyed it.

We love to go to Sweet Tomatoes ~ it is good, fresh food , fast and conveniently located outside of the Downtown Disney WDW gates

Coming from a local THE most incredible , fresh and tasty food around is a local family owned place in the Four Corners area ~ about 10 miles from the Animal Kingdom ~~ just exit WDW and go down Hwy. 192 E for about 6 miles and turn onto US 27 S for about 2 1/2 miles and it's on the right, in the Berry Town Center . There is a Publix there too.
It's called Three Nena's Deli & Bakery

Bahama Breeze near DTD. It is a 5 minute drive just on the other side of I4. The food was good, service was great and nice atmosphere. The place was busy on a Monday in October.
