Best Places for Illuminations

What are the best places to watch illuminations from? My family has never seen it so I really would like it to be special for them. I think I am canceling my Spice Road Table ADR because the view of illuminations looked semi-obstructed

For a good unobstructed view we like to stake out a spot to the right or left of the walkway from Futureworld right up to the fence. Get there early and just chill. I usually have a Canadian beer or a margarita and something to snack on while we wait. Be aware that the torches around the lake are very bright and can be kind of scary for youngsters. They ignite suddenly. Illuminations is a great show. I love the music. Good luck and have fun.
